About Me
An Australian Born, travelling nomad who has had the great fortune to experience the many sides of cities, and rural towns around the world..
I don’t have a passport stamped with 30 countries — yet — but my travels are carefully curated by circumstance and curiosity. My partner and I left Australia in 2016 for an unexpected long-term chapter in Baku, Azerbaijan, where we spent nearly five years. When his contract ended and the pandemic closed borders, we couldn’t return home, so we relocated to his native England. There I spent three and a half years, and began to deepen my practice in floral photography.
Mid-2024 a spousal visa finally cleared and we returned to Azerbaijan. Monthly moves out of Baku shaped the way I travel and see the world: small departures, close observations, and a focus on the everyday. I love capturing street life, urban rhythms, and the quiet expanses of rural landscapes — moments that reveal how people live, work, and thrive.
A new adventure now awaits. I’ll be sharing what we discover next, and continuing to develop the work that blends city streets, country scenes, and the details of ordinary life into a visual story of our journey.
